Can I make changes to my order?

Order changes and cancellations: You are more than welcome to make changes to your order after placing it on 10 days after receiving products and only changes for once time…Be quickly!

Our shipping fairies ship Monday-Friday from 9 am – 10 pm at Chaiko House’s Stores. Should you need to make any edits, please promptly email or call customer service as following:

Order cancellations are allowed at the damaged product, but do not apply to any sale items which are marked as ‘all sales final’. This will be stated on the website and Facebook.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery time frame: Chaiko House is proud to be processing and shipping orders Monday – Friday 9 am – 10 pm. Our shipping fairies are so good that they often will ship your order immediately in HCMC you replaced it! With that said, we have found that with our standard flat rate shipping option, orders outside of HCMC will arrive within 3-5 business days.

Do you ever restock items?

Yes! We restock nearly all items at least once per season. If you are looking for an item in a particular size, make sure to complete an form to order restock items. We will share your info with our boutiques and if they have your item in stock, they will be in touch!

What shipping methods are offered?

We offer a standard shipping based on postage rates or express delivery. Overnight (next day) shipping will only be offered during holidays.

Do you ever offer free shipping?

Yes! If your order totals 2.000.000 Million ($87) or more before applicable taxes, shipping will be free.

What if my package is lost?

If your package is lost, please take the following steps:
